Rumor had it a few days ago that Coldplay was calling it quits. Joking around at The Brits, the Chris Martin-led outfit proclaimed with a serious demeanor, “People are fed up with us" and "It's going to be a few years before you see us again." This series of phrases caused many to believe the band was splitting up.Have no fear, says Martin:
“We’ve been working solid promoting the album and we need a rest. We’re having a break and then we’ll come back. We’ve already written half of a new album and it will be f****** brilliant."
