She's like a bird. She's beautiful. She's also ready to release her third album. Nelly Furtado has collaborated with Pharrell and Chris Martin on Loose, her record that will hit stores in late May.Teaming up with hip-hop producer Timbaland, Furtado says that her sound on Loose can be characterized as "punk-hop:"
"We were thinking, 'Let's do modern Eurythmics - You're Dave [Stewart] and I'm Annie [Lennox]. Let's make this modern, poppy, spooky music.' And we achieved that on some of the tracks."
Loose, produced by Nellee Hooper, will be available May 23.
