Mars Volta has recently announced the track listing for their latest studio album Amputecture. While there is little information on the rest of the album's details, it is rumored that Mars Volta's forthcoming record will drop in stores sometime around August, which may coincide with their tour schedule.The album's artwork has not been revealed, but Mars Volta has hired Jeff Jordan for the job. I imagine this was a match made in heaven, because Jordan's work is bizarre and right up Mars Volta's alley. Check out this artist's gallery to see what I mean.
