The French-American band Hold Your Horses! takes that expression to heart in the video for their new song, "70 Million."
In the video, the bandmates playfully reenact scenes from some of history's most famous works of art; often to hilarious results.
From Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam to Andy Warhol's portraits of Marilyn Monroe, Hold Your Horses! offers a brief art history refresher that is far more entertaining than informative, but definitely creative. This is one of the best music videos I've seen yet this year.
See how many pieces you can recognize. There will be a quiz at the end of the semester.
